Today i will tell u we how export new cars, help u know it easily,avoid having worries.

First: cliets pay 30% as deposit our corporate foreign exchange account, 

we complete forex settlement and revenue declaration first, 

then launch the formal new energy vehicle export workflow,give clients cars all documents, 

vin , video and etc.together arranges full pre-shipment vehicle inspection, 

adjusts battery charge to 20%-50% for safe sea transit, and compiles all mandatory documents: 

commercial invoice, packing list, export license, certificate of origin, MSDS and UN38.3 battery safety reports, 

Ectn, Apostille, Certificate of Conformity and etc.

Second: Clients pay balance before shippment. 

We book Ro-Ro or container vessel space with designated freight forwarders or railway and submit 

customs declarations via China International Trade Single Window. 

After customs inspection and release, vehicles are loaded onto the carrier. 

Upon vessel departure, we send scanned full-set shipping papers or Telex BL including original bill of lading

 to the client immediately.

Third: We track ocean transit status in real time throughout the voyage. 

When vehicles arrive at the destination port, the client may use our documents to finish local import clearance, 

tariff payment and vehicle pickup,and provide after-sales support.
